When I started eating more plant-based foods, I initially followed a restrictive diet. The immediate difference in made in my health motivated me to continue, but it definitely got old fast.
No cookies. No chips. No pasta. It was tough!
Over the years, I’ve found a balance that works for my body. That means dessert when I want or eating snacks that make me happy … in moderation of course. They just have a plant-based twist now.
