I’m excited to announce the launch of the Rooted in Balance Get Rooted, Stay Rooted Program. This program is designed to help you transition to plant-based eating on your terms whether it’s going meatless, reducing dairy, or incorporating more produce.
Included in the Get Rooted, Stay Rooted Program:
Five (5) weekly modules offered via live training
Module 1 — Transitioning to Plant-based Eating
- Focus on mindset shifts and identify your why for eating plant-based.
Module 2 — Rethinking the Staples
- Look at the essentials for a fully stocked pantry, fridge, and freezer.
Module 3 — Building a Solid Foundation
- Learn about shopping for replacements and making meals.
Module 4 — Replacing Meat
- Discuss the differences between pre-made and homemade options.
Module 5 — Being Consistent
- Highlight ways to maintain your goals and adjust when necessary.
