Plant-based Adventures: Charlotte, North Carolna

Our weekend in Charlotte was a last-minute road trip, but we filled our time with lots of good eats. Since visiting and writing this plant-based adventure, two of the restaurants have closed unfortunately. But there are still some delicious spots that would make the trip worth it.

Recipe Inspiration: Southern Classics

You're probably wondering where I'm going with this and if I'm going to make you do some math. Rest assured I won't make you recall those formulas or find the square root of anything. However, I do encourage you to get familiar with your numbers.

Plant-based Adventures: Orlando

A work trip to Florida in January … of course I was happy about that assignment. It was the perfect week with unseasonably warm weather for Orlando in the 80s. I spent most of my time inside working and not getting to enjoy the beautiful weather, but I found time to visit a few restaurants in the city. Staying near the airport meant at least a 20 to 30-minute drive to almost every vegan restaurant. That meant I had to squeeze in as many dishes as possible at each restaurant
