The views in Arizona were absolutely breathtaking and definitely made our meals more memorable! We landed in Phoenix before making a scenic drive to Sedona. We spent a few days enjoying the views and hiking the area before returning to Phoenix.

We started our Arizona journey at Earth Plant Based Cuisine. Impressed with customizable options, we ordered tacos and flautas with a couple of modifications. Every bite was bursting with freshness and flavor.

After finishing our dinner at Earth Plant Based Cuisine, we went right next door to Goji Berry for dessert. We had a hard time deciding what to order. We ultimately decided to get a sweet empanada stuffed with sweet strawberries.

After we got settled in Sedona, we headed to Dellepiane for dinner. Our kind server helped me navigate the plant-based menu options, and I decided to order the creamy vegan mac and cheese. It was so filling, and I had plenty of leftovers to enjoy the next day.

We eased into the day with meditation followed by breakfast at Wildflower. It was so satisfying that we simply hit repeat and returned the next morning.

If I could have taken home a jar of pesto from Picazzo's Healthy Italian Kitchen, it would have been my favorite souvenir from Sedona. After trying it on the funghi florentine pizza, we wanted to slather it on everything. So we had to go back for lunch to try the beyond sausage and pesto pasta. This is by far the best dairy-free pesto I've tried.

We found vegan and gluten-free treats! I was thrilled to find lots of choices at Karen's Gluten Free Bakeshop. It’s the best feeling to get a little bit of this and that to try. These made great late-night snacks.

Cupcakes, Cookie, & Pecan Bar

After driving back from Sedona, we made the best of a short window in Phoenix. Our final stop before heading home was The Coronado PHX. Can I say we were stuffed? Just look at the pictures.
